HOW WE CHARGE
Being a boutique firm, we give you the best bang for your buck when it comes to management of your property. Your investment goals are different to the bloke down the road, we know that. That’s why we give you the option to choose between 'The Stock Standard' fee package, which is what you might already be used to, or
'The Whole Kit & Caboodle' which is an all inclusive fixed-fee service.
Regardless of which option you choose, we'll make sure your property gets the love it deserves. to suit your investment needs and goals.
PRICING THE MARKET
We understand there is a lot of competition when it comes to providing you with a rental appraisal. We are not in the business of over estimating the price of your property simply to get your management. We are not your typical real estate agents who are simply in it for a quick buck. We are professional consultants and we are serious about building lifelong relationships and getting the best value from your property as possible.
